NHL Blast was a live Roblox experience developed around seasonal campaigns, live events, and ongoing content updates.
I worked as Art Lead across approximately one year of production, supporting multiple live content releases while maintaining visual consistency across environments, UI, campaign assets, and gameplay spaces.
The project combined 3D environments, event-driven visuals, UI implementation, and VFX — all designed to capture the energy and recognisability of the NHL brand within Roblox’s technical framework.

The Challenge
Unlike a fixed-scope launch project, NHL Blast operated as a continuously evolving live environment.
Each update needed to feel fresh and campaign-driven while still fitting cohesively within the established visual identity and gameplay systems.
Key focuses included:
Maintaining visual consistency across live updates
Supporting rapid production and deployment cycles
Adapting art direction for seasonal campaigns and events
Balancing performance constraints with visual quality
Ensuring scalability across evolving content releases
Because content was delivered continuously, speed, communication, and maintainable workflows were critical throughout production.
