Hey! I'm Demelza.

I’m a Lead Game Artist at The Gang, creating Roblox experiences and supporting a collaborative art team. I manage workflows across multiple projects and help keep our 3D content polished and consistent.

My work focuses on translating strong brand identities into playable systems while maintaining clarity, consistency, and production awareness.

Before transitioning into game development, I built my career in the UK within BT Enterprise, where I worked across training, coaching, and multimedia production.

Over several years, I progressed from frontline roles into leadership and specialist positions, developing large-scale training programmes, delivering behavioural coaching, and supporting senior teams in communication and process design.

That foundation continues to shape how I approach art leadership today. I value clarity, structure, and collaboration just as much as visual quality. My work sits at the intersection of creative direction and production discipline ensuring teams ship polished, readable, and cohesive experiences.

Since moving to Sweden, I’ve focused on stylised 3D and brand-led game environments, contributing to and leading projects for clients including IKEA, Crocs, and NHL.

I’m particularly drawn to projects that balance strong visual identity with thoughtful constraints and player clarity.
