I worked as Art Lead on Crocs Quest, helping shape the project from early pre-production through to final release.
The experience translated Crocs bold, playful identity into a stylised Roblox world while balancing readability, optimisation, and production scalability.
Alongside leading the art team, I contributed hands-on 3D production throughout development, supporting environments, assets, polish, and implementation across the project lifecycle.

The Challenge
Crocs branding is loud, expressive, and instantly recognisable. The challenge was creating a world that felt unmistakably Crocs while remaining cohesive, performant, and readable within Roblox’s visual constraints.
Key focuses included:
Establishing the visual language early in production
Maintaining consistency as scope evolved
Supporting scalable asset production pipelines
Balancing visual identity with technical limitations
Because the project was developed from concept through launch, early art direction decisions had long-term impact across production, workflow, and final delivery.
