The experience translated Crocs bold, playful identity into a stylised Roblox world while balancing readability, optimisation, and production scalability.

Alongside leading the art team, I contributed hands-on 3D production throughout development, supporting environments, assets, polish, and implementation across the project lifecycle.

The Challenge

Crocs branding is loud, expressive, and instantly recognisable. The challenge was creating a world that felt unmistakably Crocs while remaining cohesive, performant, and readable within Roblox’s visual constraints.

Key focuses included:

  • Establishing the visual language early in production

  • Maintaining consistency as scope evolved

  • Supporting scalable asset production pipelines

  • Balancing visual identity with technical limitations

Because the project was developed from concept through launch, early art direction decisions had long-term impact across production, workflow, and final delivery.
